Since securing our first contract with Network Rail through Geoffrey Osborne Limited in 2010, Crown Roofing has been a trusted provider of roofing and cladding solutions for the rail industry.
We have successfully completed projects at more than 60 stations across the region and are registered with RISQS.
In 2018, we began sponsoring ourselves, and now have 12 PTS-trained operatives. We are also proud members of Builders Profile, where extensive company information is available.
Our expertise spans slate repairs and renewals, roof sheeting, platform roof cladding, lift shafts, walkways, laminated glass, Georgian wire effect, fascia and valance replacements, guttering, latchways mansafe systems, leadwork, flat roofing (Rhepanol), and steel gutter systems.
We’ve worked on notable projects at stations such as Blackheath, Charlton, Southampton (large Rhepanol flat roof), Dartford (new ticket office with large flat roof in Rhepanol and a Bailey ball-nosed system), Fleet, Basingstoke, Effingham Depot (renewal of roof sheets, glazing, and associated works to 19 runs of the depot), Surbiton, West Croydon, Wimbledon (office extension and train shed), Orpington, Finsbury Park (lift shaft for CSpencer Limited), Surrey Canal Road, New Cross Station HV Power upgrades, Eridge Station, Hither Green, Nunhead, and Caterham.
In 2020 alone, we completed roofing and cladding projects at over 17 stations.
